A Wedding Wish

Print 🖨

May all the love within the vows
That make you man and wife
Illuminate the whys and hows
Throughout your married life.

May all the joy that’s in your hearts
And sparkling in your eyes
Remain as when the music starts
When you’ve grown old and wise.

May all your hopes and dreams of bliss —-
Of happiness to come —-
Be wakened by the future’s kiss
In truly magic sum.

May all the old sustain the new.
On such true worth depends,
And this applies in all you do —-
Your thoughts, your deeds, your friends.

May all the faith you pledge in prayer
Sustain you ‘long the way,
And may God bless the life you’ll share
From this, your wedding day.
